You'll find the Homestead Exemption along with exemptions for Widows, Widowers, disability, service-related disability, blind persons exemption, exemption for 65 and older, tax deferral, installment payment of property taxes and more.
The Property Appraiser's Office is in the courthouse (386-437-7500) on Moody Blvd. in Bunnell. ( They may ask to see an electric bill or something showing your residency.)
And as if that's not enough, remember that you can be on the beach in 15 minutes or so, that beautiful Flagler Beach, or within that same time, you could be on one of the beach restaurants' upper decks enjoying lunch and the ocean breezes and view. Life is good in Flagler County!
