The Palm Coast - Flagler Beach area has it all! If you like challenging golf, you'll find impressive layouts by Arnold Palmer and Gary Player on our beautiful courses, including the Jack Nicklaus signature course. Tennis players put their skills to the test on grass, clay and hard-tru surface courts. With the beautiful beach no more than 10 minutes away, water sports are everywhere, and include surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, freshwater fishing, deep sea fishing, surf fishing and taking a kayak right out of our Marina.
For more 'natural' fun, we have many nature-based activities and state recreation areas and (press) parks, including Bings Landing County Park where they offer a peaceful afternoon, access to a boat ramp, fishing docks, picnic areas, barbecue grills, and you may get to see the manitees who often come there to play.
 Not too far away, there's a fabulous zoo in Jacksonville and over the holidays there was a 'cool' exhibit at one of the hotels in Orlando, also close by. Have you ever heard of the Harbin ice sculptures? A northern province in China is known as a Paradise of Ice and Snow and famous for its dazzling winter carvings festival. They duplicate that at our ice exhibit in the temporary 18,000 square foot refrigerator, kept at a chilly 9 degrees. It's gorgeous and you get a free cup of hot chocolate! While you're in Orlando, you could hop over to the theme parks and get back to summer weather.
That just encapsulates our county and surrounding  areas. There is so much more!
